After Reliable Life Insurance, Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has issued 76.80 lakh IPO shares to the general public from today 32 Shrawan to 4th Bhadra at a premium price of 239 including 100 face value and 139 premium price. If the issue is not subscribed till the 4th Bhadra then it will be extended to the 14th Bhadra. But nowadays IPO will be oversubscribed within a few days.
The life insurance company’s issued capital is Rs. 3.2 Arba, of which 30%, or 96,00,000 unit shares, are available to the public (Nepalese people living abroad and the general public). ten percent of the total offering, or 960,000 unit shares, was given to Nepalese nationals working abroad from the first to the fifteenth of Shrawan.
The remaining 86,40,000 units will be given to the general public beginning on that date, including firm personnel and mutual funds.
A total of 86,40,000 units have been issued; 5%, or 480,000 units, have been set aside for mutual funds and the company’s employees (at a price of Rs. 100 per share). The remaining 76,80,000 units are for the general public.
